About

I originally started this blog over in Rio de Janeiro – Brazil  to document my BJJ journey, where I lived and trained for 6 months from August 2009 to February 2010.

What started as a blog to document my BJJ journey has continued on as a blog chronicling my martial arts adventures, exploits and journeys at home, overseas and overtime.

In addition to documenting as much information as I could on living and training BJJ in Brazil – I’ve included information on living and training Muay Thai in Thailand (which is just as awesome and fun) and my training and fighting back home as I slowly make my way into the MMA world.
